We were thrilled to have supported the 2024 Busselton Jetty Environment Foundation Fundraising Golf Day on 13 September.

Busselton Jetty is more than just an iconic landmark; it's home to a vibrant ecosystem teeming with unique marine life found nowhere else in the world. As a WA-owned and operated business, we’re proud to back local initiatives that focus on ensuring a sustainable future for our coastal environment.

Lindsey Duncan, our Managing Director, shared why Busselton Jetty holds personal significance:
"As a keen diver and snorkeller, Busselton Jetty is close to my heart. Along with many other locals and visitors, I’ve been mesmerised by the underwater wonders there. Take a look at the observatory webcams (on a clear day!) to get a sense of why.”

As a company rooted in technology and innovation, we were excited to offer our IT expertise to help support the Foundation’s mission. It was a privilege to participate in the Golf Day and contribute to the preservation of this unique marine environment.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by Hole 12 to join our much-talked-about Marshmallow Driving Contest! Our very own Peter Gorton and Lindsey Duncan (GAICD) had a blast hosting this fun event, and though the winner fell just shy of the 29.89m Guinness World Record, they proudly took home a giant jar of Minties for their efforts!

We also want to express our gratitude to Lisa Shreeve GAICD and the Busselton Jetty team for inviting us to be part of such an important cause. We’re proud to support the preservation of one of WA’s most biodiverse and cherished coastal environments.

At Interfuze Consulting, we look forward to continuing our collaboration with the Busselton Jetty team, both in the office and through ongoing conservation efforts on WA’s stunning coastline.

If you missed the event, it’s not too late to contribute to the Busselton Jetty Environment Foundation’s marine preservation work. Click here to donate and help preserve our world-class marine environment for future generations.

Your support enables vital initiatives like the pile rehabilitation program, marine life monitoring, beach cleanups, seabird rescues, and educational programs that engage local and international students. The Foundation’s 'Jetty Crew' program, in particular, fosters youth leadership and community involvement in environmental stewardship.

We are proud to play a part in protecting WA's natural beauty and look forward to many more events with the Busselton Jetty team.
